On a Computer, from the Home Screen select Plant/Equip.

Here you can see the Plant & Equipment Register

Click Pre-Start to access the Pre-Start Checklist

Enter and Confirm the Plant Details then Continue

The Checklist will have a Pass Answer, a N/A Answer, and a Fail Answer

A Fail Answer will let you upload a Photo, a Note, or add a Fault

Once the Checklist is complete, Click your Name to Sign-Off

Then Finish & Generate a PDF
