SiteBook support may request a video of an app issue to help us in identifying your problem.

To record your screen:

1) Go to settings and select Control Centre

 

2) Click the Green Plus next to Screen Recording

Ignore this step if Screen Recording is already under Included Controls

 

3) Swipe Down from the Top Right of the screen to bring up the Control Centre Menu

 

4) Select the Screen Record Icon from the Control Centre Menu

 

5) Your Clock will be Red while the screen is being recorded

To stop recording click on your Clock and hit Stop

 

The screen recording can be sent from your phone.
