Project Roles
Schedule tasks are assigned based on the ‘Project Roles’ e.g. Supervisor, Accounts, etc.
Changing the Supervisor of a project will automatically reallocate all of the project tasks to the new staff member.
Project Stages
The Project Stage will automatically change when certain key tasks within the schedule are completed.
A stage dashboard is available via the project list for a quick overview of all worksites.
Pre-Construction is available as a separate schedule and workflow.
Checklist Integration
Checklists can be added to the schedule as notifiable tasks, great for inspections and critical checkpoints.
Clicking the task notification for a checklist will take you directly to the checklist form.
Finances
SiteBook’s Finance module can be integrated with the project schedule.
From your Estimate, approved contractors are automatically assigned to the relevant schedule tasks.
Orders created in or uploaded to SiteBook are available for contractors to accept as part of their booking confirmation.
