From the Job List select Add Job

In the Job Details Section:

• Job Location is Mandatory
• Job List Notes - Will display under the location in the Job List
• Job Number -  Automatic by default, or can be set now
• Client Ref - The client's reference number
• Start Date - Not required, but can be set for scheduling purposes
• Job Status - Will default to active

In the Client Details Section:

• A Client is Mandatory
• Select an existing client from the drop-down list
• Or enter a new client's details
