Safety and Quality Checklists in the SiteBook app

The SiteBook mobile app can be used to complete safety and quality checklists eg. JSA, JSEA, and Vehicle Pre-starts.

Checklists are an important part of risk assessment and a way of ensuring that a job meets all safety requirements and quality standards.

Using the SiteBook mobile app workers can complete customizable safety and quality checklists for each worksite.

Answers can be one of three response types – Pass responses, Fail responses, or Not Applicable.

A fail response gives the option to add photos, notes, or assign corrective actions.

At the end of the checklist, workers will be required to sign-off and generate a PDF report, which is saved into the Job Documents Folder.
