No-Download Mobile Site Attendance Register

SiteBook’s new system lets construction workers record site attendance and complete inductions on their phones without any downloads.

Attendance and inductions can be recorded two ways:

• Scanning the site’s unique QR Code (displayed on your site sign)
• Following a URL like sent to the person’s phone

URL links can be sent via email or sms. Both methods launch the site’s page through SiteBook’s mobile website.

Here workers can record their attendance, complete a full site induction, and access the site safety information.

Workers will only be able to see their site attendance, their induction, and the daily site safety notice board.

With COVID impacting the way many construction sites operate, contact tracing and attendance records are crucial for conducting business safely.

Attendance records are mandatory in Victoria under Stage 4 COVID Restrictions, and contact tracing records required for certain business operations in other states.
