SiteBook now listed in Xero App store

We’re excited to announce that SiteBook is now available in the Xero App Store, making it even easier to connect your project operations with your accounting workflows.

SiteBook’s Xero integrations help send data from SiteBook to Xero with two key functionalities: Timesheets & Invoice Matching, aimed to free up admin staff by reducing manual data entry.

Timesheet Integration

Workers can log their hours directly in SiteBook against projects, activities, and pay rates. Once approved by an Admin, hours can be posted directly to a Xero pay run, streamlining payroll and significantly reducing the time spent processing employee hours.

Invoice Matching

Using built-in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology, SiteBook can scan incoming contractor and supplier invoices and automatically match them to the corresponding purchase order.

Once matched, approved invoices can be sent directly to Xero for payment with the press of a button.
