SiteBook’s AI Connector is Now Open for Beta Testing!

We’re excited to announce that SiteBook’s new AI Connector is now open for beta testing, giving you the ability to connect SiteBook to your Claude or ChatGPT account.

The AI Connector links your SiteBook account with your AI assistant of choice (via MCP server), allowing you to ask questions about your projects and receive answers using your SiteBook data as a point of reference.

The AI Connector can retrieve information from across your entire SiteBook account, including project safety, compliance, scheduling, and financial data.

This means you can ask questions like:

• “What’s on the schedule this week?”
  For a rundown of upcoming tasks, trades and deadlines across your projects.
• “How is the Henderson build tracking against budget?”
  To compare budgets, committed costs and billed amounts to quickly understand how the project is tracking.
• “Which contractors have insurances expiring this month?”
  To identify upcoming contractor compliance requirements without manually checking individual records.
• “Summarise the site diary entries from last week.”
  For a quick overview of recent site activity, notes and project updates.

Whether you need a quick answer or a more detailed project summary, the AI Connector provides a simple way to find and understand the information your team is already capturing in SiteBook.

Use it to prepare for a client meeting, put together a Monday morning project update, check upcoming compliance requirements or review the numbers before processing an invoice.

Because you’re asking questions in plain English, you don’t need to know exactly where each piece of information is stored. Ask the question, and your AI assistant can use SiteBook’s API tools to retrieve the relevant information for you.

This makes it the quickest way to retrieve and summarise project information.

Safe by Design

During the beta, the SiteBook AI Connector is strictly read-only.

Your connected AI assistant can retrieve information and use it to answer your questions, but it cannot create, edit or delete anything within your SiteBook account.

This means you can explore the benefits of working with your SiteBook data through AI while your project records remain unchanged.

Access also remains subject to your existing SiteBook login and permissions, helping ensure users only have access to the information available to them.

Join the Beta

We’re inviting SiteBook customers to help us test the AI Connector and shape what comes next.

Beta testers will receive early access to the connector, with your feedback helping us understand which tools and workflows provide the most value to builders and their teams.

We’ll also be using feedback from the beta to help shape future capabilities, including the potential for controlled write access down the track.

Beta testers will need an existing subscription to Claude or ChatGPT and can request access to the beta by contacting the SiteBook support team.
