AI Assisted Dictation is now in Beta!

In our efforts to implement AI-features that meaningfully benefit your day-to-day business, we are pleased to announce our latest feature:

AI-Assisted Dictation is now available in the mobile app for opt-in beta users.

AI-assisted dictation is used just like normal voice dictation, but with the added benefit of having a ‘fix’ button which cleans up any mistakes.

Voice Dictation can now be accessed with the press of a button. Tap once to start, tap again to stop, and SiteBook will transcribe everything in between.

AI-Fix button works perfectly when it comes to polishing your transcript. Removes any and all umming and ahhing, stutters, repetitions, and any other little mistakes if and when they pop up.

Easy Undo – Prefer the original version? The Undo button will revert all changes so you can always go back and make your own edits. For additional fixes, you’ll always be able to edit the AI-fixed version.

AI Dictation Assistant is now available within our Site Meetings, Shared Notes, and Job Log modules within the mobile app.
